The Evidence Based Concepts team bring to you an Elite Sprint Training Program.

This is a 6-week all-inclusive sprint training block. Training sessions are divided up over 6 days (Monday to Saturday) with the Micro-Cycle mapped out for you for best results. The program contains 3 gym based explosive strength sessions which have automated target loads based off your current maxes. As well as 4 running based sessions that cover a variety of speed training aspects including acceleration, frequency drills, plyometric based sessions and maximum velocity sessions.

This program is targeting the trained athlete who has been exposed to sprint training or high levels of athletic development training in a team environment that has an emphasis on speed development.

This program contains:

  • 6 week sprint training block.
  • Automated calculator to individualise the programs loading.
  • Compatible on your iPhone with the Documents app.
