This program was designed to make your strength training journey as easy and effective as possible. Perfect for the busy everyday athlete, or someone who is new to the gym.

This program contains an 8 week strength training cycle that will have fully calculated loads based off your maximum core lifts. The intensities used throughout the program are tried and tested, the Evidence Based Concepts way.

The program contains customisable core lifts to account for any movement deficiencies that you may have.

The focus on the program is getting you strong in the foundational movements by utilising the percentage linear overload method.
